TCM Consulting Group Co., Ltd. was established on January 5, 2005, initially as a joint venture between
Mr. Thongchai Jarusirivattana, Mr. Fred Chan (Informax), and Sybase Solution Thailand. In 2007, the two major
shareholders sold all their shares to the Mr. Thongchai and current shareholders, and the company has a
registered capital of 5 million baht. By the end of 2024, the company will have been in business for 20 years.
